Can we set our own prices?
Yes. Each service has its own base charge, per-kilometre rate and minimum, set by you in Settings.
Do customers and drivers see the same dashboard?
No. Dispatchers, customers, and drivers each get a focused workspace with only the information and actions they need.
Can Ayzen handle a delivery passed between drivers?
Yes. Split and relay orders keep both legs connected, preserve proof, and let the dispatcher divide driver pay fairly.
Is this only for courier companies?
Today Ayzen is built and supported for courier and parcel delivery companies in Canada. Food-delivery and laundry workflows exist in the product but are not part of the supported launch.
Do we need to replace our process in one day?
No. The rollout can begin with dispatch and order records, then add customer access, billing, reports, and automation as the team settles in.
